Fellowes SB-87Cs Review: Fellowes Powershred SB-87Cs 15 sheet Confetti Cut Shredder. This shredder does an excellent job of making confetti out of documents, as well as credit cards and CD/DVDs. The only issue is the spred of the confetti within the cabinet. The shredding heads are not on the middle of the basket, but rather toward the front.
